For all International Customers, we are not accepting returns for all international sales made from Gramicci.com. All international sales are final, non-returnable, and are not eligible for a refund. Please see shipping updates from October 2021 below.
General Overview
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email or call us anytime. All returns for any reason must have prior authorization from our customer service team otherwise it will not be processed.

Customer service is not available over the weekend so please allow 24-48hrs for us to respond.
Any items received without prior authorization or without a return shipping label emailed by our customer service team will be returned at your expense. Please review our Return Policy for more detailed information.
How long does shipping take?
It typically takes between 3-7 days for your items to be delivered.
After I shipped my return item, how long will it take to process the exchange or refund?
Once we have received your returned order, please allow 5-10 business days for processing your refund and allow 3-7 business days for your exchange to be delivered.
Will you pay my Return Shipping?
Yes! Gramicci does free shipping on returns and exchanges. We will provide a return label if you’ve received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. We will email you a return label for your products, but you must email us or call us to receive your label.
Any items sent back by your own method, damaged or not, will NOT receive shipping credit.
Shipping Return Packages
Please ship your return items back using the return shipping label provided upon emailing customer service. We pay for the return label and the package must be trackable for us to process the return. We are not responsible for return packages until they are tracked in our door. Email us anytime or call us for more information. Please see our Return Policy.
PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed.
Even & Uneven Exchanges
For any exchange, you will need to contact customer service to place a new order for your new item. You will not be charged for shipping and we will send out your new item right away and refund your account once we receive the prior shipment. For more information on receiving your refund please review our FAQs page and Return Policy.
High-Value Orders
For high-value orders $250 and over, we will be requesting signatures be required upon delivery in order to ensure that safety and full delivery of your package to the correct recipient and location. If you experience any issues with your delivery please get in touch with us as soon as possible to resolve the issues.
Gifts
If you received a gift from Gramicci.com that was ordered by someone else, we recommend that you have the name and email address of the individual who placed the order and the order number to verify any returns to be exchanged or refunded. The generated return shipping label can only return packages from the place it was originally delivered to. For more information, please review our Returns Policy.

Any customs or import duties are charged at checkout for each destination country. These charges must be paid before you can complete your order. This applies to all International and Canadian orders.

MACAO, CHINA
Due to cyclone Kompasu, we are currently not able to deliver mail or parcels to Macao, China.

COVID-19 SERVICE IMPACTS IN AUSTRALIA - UPDATED
COVID-19 restrictions disrupt postal operations in Melbourne: Australia Post indicated on October 5 that the current COVID-19 restrictions have been disrupting the operations at its Melbourne offices of exchange. Reportedly, the processing and delivery of inbound and outbound mail items have been significantly impacted.
AUSTRALIA - NEW ZEALAND
We have been alerted by the USPS that they have temporarily suspended some services to Australia & New Zealand due to COVID-related issues (primarily lack of uplift capacity).
The Postal Service has expanded its temporary suspension of services into Australia to PMI as well, effective Friday, September 17, 2021. New Zealand is temporarily suspended as of Friday, October 1, 2021.
BRAZIL
Due to backlogs in the Brazilian Post’s (Correios) airport operations at Guarulhos Airport in Sao Paulo (GRU), shipments will be delayed up to 4 days before arriving at their processing plant in Curitiba (CWB).
BRAZIL UPLIFT DELAYS
Due to increased volumes to Brazil, all airlines are experiencing higher than normal backlogs leading to delays. We are working with multiple carriers to mitigate the situation.

Once your order has been completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a follow up email confirmation regarding the time your order has shipped.
Returns/Exchanges
All international sales made from Gramicci.com are final, non-returnable, and are not eligible for a refund. If you purchased a product from a local store within your country, you’ll need to return it back to the same store in order to receive a refund or to process a return or exchange. If you are unable to find an item locally, you can order directly from Gramicci.com.
If you have an issue with your order, please email our Customer Service team at support@gramicci.com and include your order number, name, email, and a picture of your packing slip to verify your order. If you do not have the packing slip or proof of purchase, please contact our Customer Service team. If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for payment. Gramicci will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. Duties, taxes, and other fees will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
Duties, Taxes or Other Fees
Duties, taxes and other fees are calculated at checkout for your convenience based on current rates of the destination country. Gramicci will not refund duties, taxes, shipping charges and fees.
Shipping Information
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment up to 5 business days. Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are not processed on the weekend.
The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. The free shipping option is not valid for international orders.
