Once your order has been completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a follow up email confirmation regarding the time your order has shipped.

 

Returns/Exchanges

All international sales made from Gramicci.com are final, non-returnable, and are not eligible for a refund. If you purchased a product from a local store within your country, you’ll need to return it back to the same store in order to receive a refund or to process a return or exchange. If you are unable to find an item locally, you can order directly from Gramicci.com.

 

If you have an issue with your order, please email our Customer Service team at support@gramicci.com and include your order number, name, email, and a picture of your packing slip to verify your order. If you do not have the packing slip or proof of purchase, please contact our Customer Service team. If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

 

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for payment. Gramicci will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. Duties, taxes, and other fees will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.

Duties, taxes and other fees are calculated at checkout for your convenience based on current rates of the destination country. Gramicci will not refund duties, taxes, shipping charges and fees.

 

Shipping Information

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment up to 5 business days. Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are not processed on the weekend.

The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. The free shipping option is not valid for international orders.
