Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Gramicci product. This is why we offer a 60-day return policy for items purchased directly on the Gramicci.com website with options to return for an exchange, gift card, or refund to your original payment form. This policy covers unworn items returned in original packaging, with tags attached, and free of damage and scents by the customer.
Please note that returns are not available for the following products:
- Final Sale discounted items
- Items purchased from somewhere other than Gramicci.com
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition
- Returns received after 60 days of the original shipment date
- Digital product such as gift cards
Return Shipping Label
Gramicci will provide a free shipping label for shoppers in the United States through our returns portal. Shoppers who return from outside of the US may also use the returns portal to initiate a return and generate a return shipping label. However, please note that international shoppers will be required to pay for shipping labels at their own expense.
Should you choose to return an item using your own method, we highly recommend including insurance and shipment tracking as we assume no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our receiving warehouse.
Refunds to Original Payment Method and Gift Cards
If you are requesting a refund, the average processing time is up to one week from the date the return arrives at our warehouse. We’ll be sure to send update emails to keep you informed on the status of your return including notification of your refund to the original payment method.
We kindly request that you drop off your return shipment as quickly as possible in order to ensure the item you selected for exchange does not go out of stock and to expedite shipment of your replacement Gramicci product. If you exchange for a replacement item of lower price, you will have an option to receive your partial refund via gift card or back to your original payment method. If you opt for an exchange for a higher priced product, you will be required to pay the difference at the time your exchange is processed for fulfillment (shortly after you drop off the returned item for shipment). Instructions for paying the difference will be emailed to the email address we have on file.

Our return policy covers only items purchased directly through Gramicci.com. Please return items purchased through third party retailers to the place of purchase. If you are unable to return the product to the original place of purchase, please call our corporate office at 1-800-814-5000 for assistance.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards are redeemable solely for online purchases on Gramicci.com and not on any of our other regional sites: Gramicci.jp, Gramicci.co.uk, Gramicci.tw, m.Gramicci.kr, etc.
Gift Cards are non-refundable. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of purchase. Contact our customer service team for details.
Recipients of Gift Cards who shop online and ship products internationally, must shop on Gramicci.com. We only ship to the locations specified in our International Shipping Policy.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. If the value of your Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining Gift Card balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions. If the value of your Gift Card is less than the amount of your total Gramicci.com purchase, you must use a credit card in order to complete your purchase.
Purchase or use of any Gramicci Gift Card means you accept these terms and conditions. Any term of this Gift Card purchase agreement deemed unenforceable shall be severable and the remaining terms enforced.
Gift Cards are emailed individually to the specified email address at checkout within 24 hours. No special offers or discounts may be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card. Your Gift Card will never expire.
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email and then a second email with your eGift card. We recommend placing your gift card email in a safe place and writing down your gift card number in case your email is lost. We can resend your gift card to the original email address if it is lost.
