Shipping Policy within the United States

For all International Customers outside of the United States, we are not accepting returns for all international sales made from All international sales are final, non-returnable, and are not eligible for a refund. For more details please see our International Shipping Policy.

General Overview

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email or call us anytime. All returns for any reason must have prior authorization from our customer service team otherwise it will not be processed.

Customer service is not available over the weekend so please allow 24-48hrs for us to respond. 

Any items received without prior authorization or without a return shipping label emailed by our customer service team will be returned at your expense. Please review our Return Policy for more detailed information.

How long does shipping take? 

It typically takes between 3-7 days for your items to be delivered.

After I shipped my return item, how long will it take to process the exchange or refund? 

Once we have received your returned order, please allow 5-10 business days for processing your refund and allow 3-7 business days for your exchange to be delivered. 

Will you pay my Return Shipping?

Yes! Gramicci does free shipping on returns and exchanges.  We will provide a return label if you’ve received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. We will email you a return label for your products, but you must email us or call us to receive your label. 

Any items sent back by your own method, damaged or not, will NOT receive shipping credit.

Shipping Return Packages

Please ship your return items back using the return shipping label provided upon emailing customer service. We pay for the return label and the package must be trackable for us to process the return. We are not responsible for return packages until they are tracked in our door. Email us anytime or call us for more information. Please see our Return Policy.

PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed.

Even & Uneven Exchanges

For any exchange, you will need to contact customer service to place a new order for your new item. You will not be charged for shipping and we will send out your new item right away and refund your account once we receive the prior shipment. High-Value Orders

For high-value orders $250 and over, we will be requesting signatures be required upon delivery in order to ensure that safety and full delivery of your package to the correct recipient and location. If you experience any issues with your delivery please get in touch with us as soon as possible to resolve the issues.


If you received a gift from that was ordered by someone else, we recommend that you have the name and email address of the individual who placed the order and the order number to verify any returns to be exchanged or refunded. The generated return shipping label can only return packages from the place it was originally delivered to. For more information, please review our Returns Policy
