Yes, you can easily monitor your points balance, track your earning history, and view available redemption options by logging into your G-Tribe account on our website.

If you return a product, the points earned from that specific purchase will be automatically deducted from your account balance. This occurs when an order has the "Refunded" status in your Shopify Admin, as we will automatically cancel/reverse the points earned on that refunded order. This also applies to partial refunds, where we will reverse the points equivalent to the partial refund amount. If you have redeemed those points, your point balance may show negative until you earn additional points through future purchases.

Yes, G-Tribe membership is available to Gramicci customers worldwide. International members enjoy the same benefits and rewards as our US-based members. We use our Base Currency (USD) to calculate the number of points that all customers will earn, regardless of what currency you see when shopping. For example, if you purchase a product for $100 USD, you would earn 200 points based on our current rate of 2 points for every $1 spent. If you purchase the same item for 75.12 GBP, you would also earn 200 points, as the points are calculated based on the USD equivalent. Any rewards purchased with points will also be in our base currency (USD).
